Shipping

• Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.
• Shipping method and cost are chosen by the customer at checkout.
• Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and selected method.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not offer refunds on products once shipped.
• We will provide a one-time replacement or exchange if:
  • Products arrive damaged (photo proof required), or
  • Your order is lost in transit.
• If an order cannot be delivered after two attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
